At TENGA Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
